It’s Simple:

• Contact Disney Theatrical Sales to review your budget
• Submit a request for review with our team
• If approved, review and confirm your ticket order
• Submit payment within two weeks and enjoy the show

For example if your group’s budget is $70.00 per person and mezzanine tickets are $75.50, you can submit a Name Your Price request and our team will determine if we can accommodate your group.

A Name Your Price request requires additional approval time and may take 5-10 business days to confirm.

Name your price requests work best for groups that have flexible dates. Often availability is best on weekdays and non peak holiday weeks. Our team will help to recommend the best option for your group.

Full payment is due 14 days from confirmation for Name Your Price bookings. However, for performances in the next 30 days full payment is due within 24 hours of confirmation.

We recommend reserving the best ticket estimate for your group. After a Name Your Price request has been confirmed additional tickets may be at a new rate and subject to availability.

Standard group rates are always an option to book. These rates provide greater flexibility with payment policies and due dates. In addition, depending on the performance you may be eligible for a complimentary ticket after you purchase 50.

Name Your Price offer not valid on prior purchased tickets and may not be combined with any other offer. If the order is fundamentally changed (e.g. performance date or time, ticket quantity beyond 10% above original request volume) after approval is granted, a new Name-Your-Price request must be submitted before the order can be fulfilled. Orders on behalf of ticket resellers are not eligible for Name-Your-Price. No comps
