How to Book Your Broadway Celebration

Complete the form below or call to connect with a Disney Group Sales associate. Share your preferred performance date, group size, and the occasion you are celebrating.

2. PLAN YOUR CELEBRATION

Your associate will confirm availability, review package details, and coordinate your marquee message, concessions, and celebration extras.

3. RESERVE YOUR PACKAGE

Secure your celebration by adding the package to your group ticket order. Packages require advance booking and are subject to availability.

4. CELEBRATE ON BROADWAY

Attend the performance, enjoy your celebration extras, and see your name in lights on the marquee after the show.

Does the entire group have to purchase the package?

Yes. This package is sold as a per-person add-on and must be purchased for the entire group.

What is the minimum group size?

A minimum of 10 group tickets is required.

Is the package price fixed?

Yes. The per-person package rate includes all listed inclusions, plus applicable tax.

Can I add more guests later?

Yes, subject to availability. Any additional guests must purchase both a group ticket and the same per-person package add-on.

What about refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Exchanges may be available for an additional fee.

Is the Marquee Celebration Message included?

Yes. Your marquee message will appear after the performance.

When will the marquee be displayed?

Messages appear in rotation after the performance. Please exit using the 42nd Street exit to view the marquee.

How long will the message remain in rotation?

The message will remain in rotation for 30 minutes following the end of the performance.

What is the best way to view the marquee?

For the best photo, stand across the street or slightly down the block once most guests have exited the theatre. This allows the full marquee and message to be visible. Outside the Theatre is a public area, please be cautious and aware of your surroundings.

What can the marquee message say?

Marquee messages follow a pre-approved template. You may personalize the message using the guest’s first name only.

No last names, nicknames, acronyms, or inappropriate language
Disney reserves the right to review and approve all marquee copy

How do we receive the merchandise and concession certificates?

Merchandise and concession certificates may be mailed in advance with your tickets or held at the New Amsterdam Theatre box office for pick-up on the day of your performance.

What snacks and drinks are included?

Each guest receives a non-alcoholic beverage in a souvenir cup and one snack from a selection of savory and sweet items. Upgrade options may be available.

Can the package be customized?

Packages are fixed. Beverage certificates may be upgraded for an additional cost.

When do we need to book by?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and marquee placement.

Are there any age restrictions?

ALADDIN is recommended for ages 6 and up. Every guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets may be mailed, emailed, or picked up at the New Amsterdam Theatre box office on the day of the performance.
