Whether it’s your first time booking a group or your 10th, here are the 5 steps to booking a group:
SELECT A DATE & TIME
Start by finding a date and time that might work for your group. We recommend selecting a few options. A Disney Group Specialist will share pricing and current availability.
RESERVE TICKETS
Your Disney Group Specialist will submit your request and have tickets placed on hold. Start with an estimated quantity; you can make adjustments prior to submitting payment.
CONFIRMATION
Once your tickets are on hold (typically 1-3 business days), you will receive an invoice with payment due dates.
SUBMIT PAYMENT
For The Lion King on Broadway, payment is not due until about 45 days before the show (60 days for Wednesday matinees). Orders submitted within 60 days are due immediately upon confirmation.
For Aladdin on Broadway, a deposit is required within 30 days of confirmation, and the final payment is due 30 days before the show (60 days for Wednesday matinees). Orders within 60 days are due immediately upon confirmation.
For Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Light Trail – Austin & New York: Bookings made 40+ days before the event require a deposit within 7 days and final payment no later than 14 days before the event. For bookings 20–40 days out, full payment is due within 5 business days. Close-in bookings within 19 days require full payment immediately upon confirmation. Group minimum: 10 tickets or 10% of the total, whichever is greater.
