Your 5-Step Disney Group Booking Guide
1. SELECT A DATE & TIME
Choose a few date/time options that work for your group. A Disney Group Specialist will provide pricing and availability.
2. RESERVE TICKETS
Your specialist will place tickets on hold based on your estimated quantity. You can adjust before payment.
3. CONFIRMATION
Once tickets are held (1–3 business days), you’ll receive an invoice with payment deadlines.
4. SUBMIT PAYMENT
The Lion King on Broadway: Payment due 45 days before the show (60 for Wednesday matinees).
Aladdin on Broadway: Deposit due within 30 days; final payment 30 days before show.
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Light Trail (Austin & NYC): Deposit due 7 days after booking (if 40+ days out); full payment due 14 days before event. Close-in bookings require immediate payment.
Shows on Tour: Payment policy varies by city.
