Health & Safety Entry Requirements

WE CAN’T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU BACK TO BROADWAY.

The magic of Disney on Broadway only exists when you can join us inside the theatre. We can’t wait to bring this magic back to you, our guests, for you’re the reason we do what we do. The health and safety of our theatre employees, production staff, cast, and guests is our top priority. We all must feel safe for Broadway to return as we all want it to: Brighter. Stronger. Better than ever.

Arrival Time

We recommend groups arrive 40 minutes prior to the performance to allow time to review tickets and any health and safety requirements to enter.

Late Arrivals: If your group arrives late for the performance, the house management will seat your group at their discretion and as efficiently as possible without disturbing other theatre guests. If at any time you need assistance, ushers are standing by to help. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have that might increase your enjoyment of the performance.

Distributing/Transferring Tickets

PHYSICAL TICKETS: When using physical tickets, please distribute to your group members before entering the theatre lobby. If you are with younger guests, we recommend giving your younger guests’ tickets to a chaperone (e.g., 10 tickets per chaperone)

Entering the Theatre

Please have your required Health & Safety documents ready before entering the theatre. Each guest should hold their documents when possible to ensure a smooth entry. For younger guests we encourage you to assign chaperones in groups of 10 or less.

Once inside the theatre an usher will guide you to your section and help everyone get seated. Should anyone desire to switch seats, you must also switch tickets to reflect the seat to which you have moved. This ensures that both the ushers and group leaders know everyone is accounted for and has a seat, and will allow other guests to be seated quickly and safely to ensure an on-time performance.

Concessions, Merchandise, and Disney Dollars
  • Concessions are available at both of our shows
  • Merchandise is available at both of our shows as well as www.playbillstore.com
  • Disney Dollars - When you book your group with Disney Theatrical Sales, you will receive a $5.00 merchandise voucher for each guest in your group to redeem at your performance. Only one voucher per guest; additional terms and conditions are listed on the voucher. Contact your Group Sales Associate for more questions.
Theatre Etiquette

Here are some additional tips to make sure you and your group make the most of their theatrical experience:

  • Please turn off completely all cell phones and other electronic devices; this means no calling, no texting, and no game-playing, etc.
  • Please do not leave your seat during a performance unless an emergency arises, and return to your seats as quickly as possible; please do not loiter in lobbies or foyers
  • Please be as quiet as possible during the performance and try not to disturb guests around you
  • Please enjoy any concessions as quietly as possible
  • Please be respectful of, and listen to, group leaders and ushers; their goal is to make sure you and everyone in the theatre has the most enjoyable experience possible
